The “New Venture” training class is for people who have a business idea and want to turn that idea into reality. This class will give you the chance to explore your business idea by looking into the market potential for your business, the financial considerations, legal business structure, options for locations and much more. The instructor will provide you with insight and expertise critical in making you achieve your goal to become a successful business owner.

In order to graduate from the class, your main focus will be to develop a formal Business Plan. This is necessary for anyone starting a business and is also necessary to apply for loans through NEPG (up to $35,000) you may wish to pursue after graduation. There will be a lot of work involved, requiring your commitment and attendance in class. I can assure you however; that if you are serious about starting a business, the time you spend and what you gain from this course will be well worth the effort.
